We also help property management companies with other means of junk hauling. Another example is when their is a tenant leaving the facility and needs help removing some old furniture. We're recommended by the management company because we have a proven track record, our insurance coverage is up-to-date and our men are professionally trained to maneuver furniture out of spaces without damaging floors or walls. In some case the tenant just up and leaves a bunch of stuff behind. This stuff left behind needs to be removed before the next tenant arrives, so the management company calls us to take care of what's left behind. In addition to helping around the property and a buildings tenants, we can also help when it comes time to remodel the place. Reconstruction and remodeling produces tons of debris from the stuff the contractors are ripping out, walls, floors, fixtures, etc., to the stuff the contractors are bringing in, boxes, pallets, etc. We have roll-off dumpsters available for these projects, or if you're located in a real tight space, you can have the contractors pile all of the materials somewhere out of the way and have our team swing by and do a daily or weekly clean up. This option consists of a few guys coming in junk truck and loading the materials and heading out to the transfer station.
