Five CT counties (Fairfield, New Haven, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex), lower New London County, and Westchester County NY border towns. Two depots: Stamford handles Fairfield + Litchfield far-NW + Westchester NY; West Haven handles New Haven, Hartford, Middlesex, and East CT.
Operator rule: any town within 60 minutes’ drive from either depot. Past that line, we don’t serve — we’d rather honestly tell you that than show up late.
