Five CT counties (Fairfield, New Haven, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex), lower New London County, and Westchester County NY border towns. Two depots: Stamford handles Fairfield + Litchfield far-NW + Westchester NY; West Haven handles New Haven, Hartford, Middlesex, and East CT.
